Refund policy

At XYD Plus Stationery & Gift, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Eligibility: You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Some items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, and gift cards.
  • Your return must include your receipt or proof of purchase. You must also ship your products to 19 Kennedy street, Kingston, ACT, 2604 via registered post at your cost.
    XYD PLUS can not accept liability for damage or loss of goods returned to us while in transit. Returns arriving COD or collected will be refused.

Refunds

  • Process: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (e.g., items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).

Exchanges

  • Defective or Damaged Items: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at business@xydplus.com
  •  with details of the defect or damage.

Shipping

  • Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Lost or Damaged Returns: If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
