Thank you for shopping with XYD PLUS Gift Studio! We ship from two fulfillment locations: our Canberra Shop (Kingston ACT) and our China Warehouse. Please read below for details on processing times, shipping rates, and estimated delivery timeframes.
Processing Times
We create many of our products by hand with love and care. Please allow the following processing times before your order is dispatched:
- Handmade items (e.g. jewellery, squishy): 5–7 business days
- Ready-made items (e.g. blind boxes, stationery): 1–2 business days
Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Fulfillment Locations
- China Warehouse: Handmade jewellery and crafted items are fulfilled from our China warehouse.
- Canberra Shop (Kingston ACT): Blind boxes, stationery, and select gift items may be fulfilled from our Kingston store.
If your order contains items from both locations, they may arrive in separate parcels at no extra charge to you.

International Shipping
We ship to 27 countries worldwide. Rates and estimated delivery times are as follows:

Estimated delivery for international orders: 10–21 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs processing.
Free International Shipping
Orders of $159 AUD or more qualify for free shipping on eligible international items fulfilled from our China Warehouse.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel through the carrier's website.
Please note that tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.
Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
